so facebook is now literally testing charging people just to share links… like good old fashioned hyperlinks 
(wild) — if you’re not on their paid “meta verified” plan you can only share 2 external links per month 
this test is rolling out to some pages & pro accounts right now.
feels like charging people to breathe out here 
if you’re a small business, an artist, a creative human just trying to share your work, your shop, your writing, your events… this is your reminder that relying on one platform to let you exist online is a little too fragile for my taste.
